Welcome
To date, we have held six editions of the congress, making it the national benchmark for high-level sports recovery lectures.
This year, the organization of the Congress is carried out jointly as a result of the collaboration agreement recently signed between the Jam Sports collective, the Ibero-American University Foundation (FUNIBER), and the European University of the Atlantic (UNEATLANTICO), bringing together the best to carry out a congress of great scientific quality.
Given the uncertainty derived from the covid-19 and the possibility that many of the reference professionals would have difficulties to attend an in-person event, the organization has decided to move the date of the event to April 2021 and refer it to an online format. This fact will make it possible to multiply the number of participants, since for the first time in its seven years of history it will have the opportunity to be followed by people from all over the planet, which has increased even more the level of the speakers.
Outstanding professionals from the field of Sports Medicine, Health Sciences and exercise, or physical preparation of sports teams have already confirmed their participation as speakers at the congress.
We want to thank FUNIBER and UNEATLANTICO, through the network of universities with which they collaborate, for their commitment to the dissemination of knowledge and scientific research in the field of Sport, together with them we want in this 7th edition, to reach the largest number of possible countries.

Values of Congress
We want to inform, from the hand of the best professionals in the sector, about the great multiplicity of variables to be quantified and to take into account in the application of retraining processes.
It is the professionals who can best identify these variables and propose the specific tasks that they themselves use.
Action on sports injuries and health programs applied through physical exercise are relevant and fundamental. This work must be approached from a multidisciplinary team that identifies the needs and implements prevention, rehabilitation, retraining and healthy activities programs.
The congress, through the knowledge and experiences of the speakers, makes available to all the tools of the sector that support the day-to-day life of the different professionals in the fields of health and high performance.
Objectives of the Congress
Create a meeting framework between professionals linked to the sports sector, allowing interaction and proposing strategies that affect the reduction of possible injuries.
Contribute to promoting collaboration between medical staff, coaches, physical trainers, physiotherapists and retrainers in the development of multidisciplinary intervention proposals for prevention and functional retraining.
